At Prime Parrots, customer satisfaction and animal welfare are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.


1. Live Parrots

Because parrots are live animals, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed.

Health Guarantee

  • All parrots are carefully inspected before shipment
  • Parrots are delivered in good health at the time of dispatch

If a parrot arrives with a verified health issue, customers must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos and a licensed avian veterinarian report

Approved cases may qualify for:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.


2. Parrot Eggs

Due to the delicate and biological nature of parrot eggs:

  • All egg sales are final
  • No returns or refunds once shipped

We do not guarantee hatch rates, as successful incubation depends on:

  • Proper handling
  • Incubator conditions
  • User experience

However, eggs are handled and packaged with care prior to shipment.


3. Incubators & Equipment

Incubators and non-living products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (excluding shipping costs)

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


5. Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds do not cover delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before shipment
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the original payment method and financial institution.
